Right-click problems are often caused by programs that have put
themselves into the right-click context menu. Use ShellExView to see
what you have and turn off all third-party extensions. Then you can
enable them one at a time to find the culprit. Here's a link:

Another thing that has caused the problem with systems that have Service
Pack 2 (you didn't say whether you do or not) is an older DivX codec.
The issue can be resolved by uninstalling the older codec and
installing the latest version.
