RUNDLL ERROR

When booting up my computer the RUNDLL screen appears with the following
error message:

"Error loading C:\Windows\DownloadedProgramFiles\Bridge.dll
The specified module could not be found."

What can I do so that this message doesn't appear again? Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks.
