Outlook Express will not open.

I am running Windows XP SP2 Home Edition and Outlook Express 6.
OE was operating fine until yesterday.
I created a user account for my son, but was not happy with it, so I deleted
it.
That is when my troubles began,
When I try to open OE, I get the following two messages:
1. OE could not be started. The application was unable to open the OE message
     store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. Contact
     Microsoft support for further assistance. (0x800C012E,E)
2. OE could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. OE
may not
     be installed correctly.
I have Restored to several points prior to the problem, but it persists.
As of yet I am unable to resolve the problem.
So, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
