I removed the OLD video card drivers using Add/Remove Progs, then shutdown.
Installed the NEW card and rebooted to the BIOS Setup.
-- Found that the AGP setting was on AUTO meaning it would disable the
onboard as soon as an AGP card was found - so didn't need to do anything
there.
System powered up, found new HW, told it DO NOT SEARCH
Inserted the ATI CD and it ran its installer
Seems to be running just fine - Thanks again, Fred
