Ok let me see if I can explain this in a half way
understandable way.My Defragger does not work.
I cleaned my pc with
ad-aware
spybots&d13
stinger
grisoft
and it all came out clean.I ran a memory test
which said I have 84% freespace and passed.
But when I go into the registry and look under
dfrg,it says:
FreeSpaceErrorLevel 15.
REG_EXPAND_SZ %systemroot%\system32 it says=Not Found
same with
REG_EXPAND_SZ %systemroot%\system32\DfrgRes.dll it
syas=Not Found.
The 2 last files I ran a file check on to find that out.
What can I do to correct this,if indeed that is the reason
why my defragmenter doesn't work.
Is there a fix, besides running a repair boot?
Any help is appreciated.
