If you merely copied the file you downloaded to CD, it will not boot. The
file you downloaded is a disk image, and the file extension is .iso. You
will need a third party burning app, such as Roxio EZCD Creator or Nero, and
use the option to "Burn from Disc Image". Point it to the .iso, and let it
create the disc. When done, the disc created will have a disc structure
with several folders, and the autorun.inf file in the root directory so that
it will be bootable.
