No I am not running RAID.

It will not work. First the pc will check the cd-rom, well there isn't
a bootable cd. Then the pc is trying to read the hard disk. Well
that's the problem; the pc will not find any hard disk. And that is
strange because I just installed XP on the hard disk. When I have done
that, I just reboot the system and the pc will not find any hard disk.
