Resolution is set at the Adapter page there - all the Monitor side does
is provide a range of allowable resolutions for a given monitor. So in
Adapter, check 'List all modes' and select the one you want; it is then
entirely up to you to ensure it is within the monitor's capacity, so be
conservative initially on refresh rate
