Using a *copy* of the SP2 CD or the Microsoft-provided CD itself? Is it an
English-language version of the CD (cf.
http://www.fileproperties.com/s/sprb0411-dll.htm)?

What happened the first time you attempted the install? Were you using the
same "copy of the SP2 CD"?

Any joy if you install via WindowsUpdate?
