Date and Time Properties

I have detected an error in the "Date and Time Properties" > "Internet Time"
Tab.
When I click the update button I'm alwase getting an error:
"An error occurred while Windows was synchronizing with time.windows.com."

I have this servers in my list:
"time.windows.com"
"time.nist.gov"

And both returning the same error.

Does this option suppouse to work or it's an old option that has been
forgotten from earier windows versions?
Or does new server (that works) is available?
