Sorry, I didn't follow or read the original link, David, but Googled & found
this one posted on 1 Sept. 2004 -

It gave the impression that it was 'news', e.g. (quote in part) -

"Ramlal Bhagat will be featured on NDTV on September 10, 2004"
"Send this to as many of your friends and relatives as possible so that when

The way I read it was that it was a newly developed OS.

Luckily they didn't refer to us as Candy munchers, that'd give you a reason
to write to the SMH!
