Hi Jason,
You can reformat and repartition your hard drive with the Xp
CD. During the install setup will ask for your w2k disk. Put the w2k disk
into the cd drive and setup will recognise it and ask you to put the Xp cd
in. Upgrades of Windows contain the full operating system they just require
another instance of windows present.
