ICS - on the NIC of the ISP dial up PC.
You just need to turn on Inernet Connection Sharing in the ADVANCED TAB.
That is what sets the Masqerading Gateway for the non routable IP set
192.168.0.0 . The gateway will be 192.168.0.1))
