Installed programs missing from Add/Remove programs list

After installing and uninstalling Nero 5 on my XP Pro PC, I notice that the
installed program list in Add/Remove programs in Control Pannel only shows
the first two programs instead of a 12. If I list by size only one program
appears. Is there ant way to fix (presumably) the registry.
