If you can boot to Safe Mode (tap F8 key repeatedly while booting up)
then you can turn off the automatic restart by right clicking on My
Computer, Advanced tab, Startup and Recovery Settings button, un-check
Automatically restart. Then when the eror occurs again you will be able
to write it down.
