System locks up after SP2 Automatic Install

Please refer to item on 10/5/2004 at 8:00am with subject of "after SP2
install - system locks up forcing shutdown" entered by Don.

I had responded on 10/9 with the following:

Doesn't appear that you saw my last replies. I looked in
the event viewer and yes, there are 4 different errors
listed:
-DCOM
-System Control Manager
-W32time
-Print

Print was the most recent one listed.

Is there a solution to this problem?
