This doesn't seem to be a problem with the pop-up blocker as on it's default
settings it wouldn't stop any popups that are initiated by the user (e.g.
internet banking launching a seperate window). It certainitely wouldn't
stop Print Preview from being launched. I would advise a repair of IE by
going to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and double-clicking on the
Internet Explorer entry and selecting to Repair Internet Explorer.
