Hello,
If you just right click on that yellow bar that pops up you can allow the
file to download. Or while you have IE open you can click tools, then popup
blocker and turn it off. Or you can go to Control Panel > Windows Firewall.
Bill did thin quite a bit before putting it in his OS ;)
