Not on my computers....

I expect them to boot in 22 - 25 seconds.
That is what BootVis reports when I run it.

If I find that boot time is more than that then I start looking for problems
that are causing delays....

Running XP Pro, and loading 10+ background tasks, utilitities, etc, on top
of all the services XP loads at startup.
