I would like to inform you of what I did to Back Up My
Data.
1. I had an old internal 20Gb Harddrive that I kept from an
old PC.
2. Bought a 3.25" USB 2.0 External Harddrive Enclosure from
Ebay, to convert the Internal Harddrive to an external
Harddrive to use via USB. The installation of the Internal
Harddrive into the Enclosure was very simple, no
technological experience required. a. though c. below
provided as part of the enclosure.
     a. Connected the Internal HD to the Ribbon in the
Enclosure, close up the enclosure (4 screws)
     b. Plug in the AC Power plug into electrical outlet
     c. Connect the USB cable into the PC USB port.
     d. Reboot the PC and WindowsXP immediately identified
new HD
     e. Formatted HD and completely operation within
minutes.
3. Downloaded SyncBack v3.2.2.0 [September 2004] (Freeware)
from: http://www.2brightsparks.com/downloads.html
4. Installed SyncBack and established a schedule to backup/
sync my Internal and External Harddrives.

Works great, low cost and very easy installation and
application to install and use.
Hope this may add to your information and help someone else
who may want an easy and very low cost solution .

Would love to hear an opinions on this method.
