For complete instructions on the recovery process, please refer to
your Sony User Guide on "Reconfiguring Your Computer Using
the Sony Product Recovery CD-ROMs." You cannot use a retail
version of Windows XP in this instance. Many PC manufacturers
provide a means of performing a "non-destuctive" Windows XP
recovery operation using their Recovery CDs. Consult your Sony
product documentation for assistance.
