DOS Window In XP-SP2

I still use Quicken for DOS (don't say it!). It runs great - fast, simple,
etc.

My problem is that even though I have the shortcut properties set to use
full screen, 640X800 Windows 95 emulation, the program still comes up in a
half screen. Pressing ALT-ENTER restores it to full screen, but I have
experimented with every available font and alternate setting I can think of,
but can't get away with the ALT-ENTER combo for every time I start it up.

Any ideas about how I can get it to run full size??
