Hi Richard,

It should be safe to just delete the user account - .net framework will
still remain installed, however, as I mentioned, latest XP updates I believe
hides it.
Also, you can download the Powertoys from Microsoft, which includes Tweak
UI - you can hide it or show it from there as well I believe.
