What vendor PC is it ?, According to the PC standards I wasn't aware
of new units no longer having PS/2 ports for Keyboard & Mice.

You can buy USB to PS/2 connectors. However, the cost of those may
equal a new USB Mouse & Keyboard. USB Keyboards are as little as
$10 and USB mice can be bought for $25-$80, depending on your needs.
