Wish it was that simple of a problem...

The problem is can't even acces the C drive, so hence
can't access the secirty tab. Ran some further test, can
run a tree /a /f on the entier hd. The pc has a shared
database running on it that can be accessed accross the
network. The problem computers C$ drive can be explored
accross the network, just not on the local machine.
Doesn't matter if the default admin account or the back
door admin account. When trying to explore the C drive
they get the flash light icon and then the pc locks up and
needs to be rebooted.

If any one needs more info please ask.
