Hi Bob,

Can you specify the types of problems you are having? I only ask because
I'm sure that there are several that have deployed it w/out issues. Those
with issues, tend to have older software/hardware that needs to be updated
to deal with the new features/restrictions in Windows XP SP2. I have also
see reports where spyware/adware on the machine can cause an unhappy upgrade
experience.
