Hello. I have a question regarding firewall/wireless connection. On my
laptop at home I connect to the internet thru a hardware linksys router
(DSL). However, when I go to a cafe shop which has free wireless internet and
I connect to the internet do I need a software firewall for the wireless
connection? Or, do I need a wireless router as well? If so, what would you
reccomend? I turned on XP firewall, but I read that it might not be enough.
And if I decide to get a software firewall/router would that interfere with
my hardware linksys router when I try to connect to the internet at home thru
DSL? Thanks for any suggestions!
