THE FILE MAY HAVE BEEN CREATED\SAVED WITH WINDOWS JOURNAL.
((TABLET PC PROGRAM)
TRY INSTALLING THE WINDOWS JOURNAL VIEWER FROM WINDOWS
UPDATES.
