I have a larger hard disk I'd like to replace my C: drive with. I have a D:
drive with free space on it. Both disks are NTFS.

Is there some way I can back up the current C: drive, install the new drive,
then restore everything to the new drive without having to reinstall
everything, recreate users, etc.? I tried the Migration Wizard, but that
leaves a lot to be desired.
