IE windows size

I've got a really annoying problem after installing SP2 (I think).

When I click edon a link in a webpage that opens a new window, they used to
open at the same size as the last one I closed. Since I installed SP2, they
keep opening at their own (seemingly random) sizes.

Any ideas?
