Have you tried going to the Control Panel, User Accounts and change the
setting?

Need some help. Just installed Windows XP Pro and the
Welcome Screen with user accounts does not come up. The
system boots automatically into the Administrator
account. How can I configure to get the Welcome Screen to
come up so each user must choose his or her account?

Thanks!!
