Most interesting indeed! Those entries exist under the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PCHealth\ErrorReporting
\ExclusionList
You can delete that program under this reg key. But before you do, can
you tell us what you have under that registry key? If you can't see the
characters in use, try copying into notepad and posting that text file.

If you haven't guessed, the stuff in my sig represents the programs I
have in my list, and isn't a subliminal solution! ... Or Is It?
