XP-Pro/Norton Problem

Hi,
    Can Somebody tell me why I cant do a live update with Norton 2003. It
installs ok but when I go to do a live up date it will not connect. I am
running XP Pro with SR1. My connection to the internet is great and all
other programs work fine. What could be the problem?
