Well heres what happened first. I accidently denied registry edits when
ad-whatch poped up. Then that caused me not being able to run exe, lnk, and
reg files. I found a reg file to fix the lnk and exe problem but i couldnt
run reg files also. So i did a repair install, and half way through it it
needed rundll32.exe and could not finish. So i booted into recovery console
and replaced the registry with the repair one, booted, then copied my old
registry from an old system restore. Then i booted and it was back to
normal, everything was working. But then i noticed that there were no tabs
in the display properties box. I searched and found it to be related to
doing a repair install not completing. So i ran another repair install to
finish, and here i am now. Now being able to boot, it just keeps restarting.
