Removing Unseen Temp Files

Hi,
I would like to know how to remove unseen Temp Internet
Files. I have a virus in this temp file and although it
has not caused any problems I would like to delete it but
cannot find it.
I have deleted all Temp Internet files and Cookies via
the usual method (Tools, Internet Options etc)and looked
for all hidden files in the temp foder but still have not
been able to locate the hidden files,. Any Ideas ?
