Probably is a registry tweak. Scan your registry using keywords like
"wallpaper" and "changer" till you locate the section relating to the
settings for the program. Have a look for obviously related keynames.
Failing that, you could use a program like windiff on a "before settings
change" and "after settings change" export of your registry to locate the
key directly
