Hi,

I don`t think so, since they are the same instructions I
used when doing the other 14 XP-Pro SP1 systems. The 4
that I can not connect to are older XP-Pro systems, I
haven`t seen them since its a two hour flight to where
they are located. For me to use DameWare, they need to
disable Simple File Checking, the instructions even has
pictures to where to go and what to uncheck. Also
included pictures of Network connections, ensure the XP
SP1 cheap firewall is also disabled. The file and print
sharing are enabled. I might have to go look at the
computers to see what might be set incorrectly.
