2 questions...Internet connection firewall and administrator accou

Hi all,

Just installed xp pro and it's been a nightmare. I want to activate the
internet connection firewall like it says in this article.

When I go to the advanced tab of the network settings thing, it tells me
that the windows management instrumentation is screwed up and I need to use
System Restore to go to a previous point to recover it. I just installed
last night! I haven't put anything else on except my internet connection.
What should I do?

Speaking of internet connections, mine is infinitely slower while logged in
as an administrator than it is while logged in as a user. Why? I want to
download SP2 and all that but it's incredibly slow.
