Daily IE reset, and removal of Spyware

I run a small office of 7 users all running WX sp2, and
have a problem with users surfing unwanted sites, which
in turn like to leave a little present on the pc's. Is
there a way to reset IE, and remove all internet tracks
for the day?

Any help would be appreciated,
