sp2 problems

i installed sp2 and after installing it i had to
reinstall windows because it scrtewed my system up now
all my files are here and accessible but theyre not in
the start menu where they should be and my pictures and
favoriutes are in dofferent spots too is there anyway i
can change this without reinstalling everything since
everything works fine?...please let me knoiw thank you
