ok first of all microsoft is no help i downloaded SP2(big
mistake) my computer went dead so i re-installed windows
(microsoft guy told me to) now all my files are still on
my computer and i can acces them but theyre not where
they should be like my favorites i can get to if i go
finsd them and my pictures the same my programs still
work but theyre not in my start menu so i can accesss
them easily please if anyone could tell me how to put
everything back i would greatly appreciate it..thank you
