Maybe the % of USB Bandwidth is too high. Open Device Manager
Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers category. Double-Click
each USB Universal Host Controller - Advanced (Tab). Check the
bandwidth used. If abnormally high, you may need to use your Serial
port device on a different (Less utilized) USB channel.
