Sorry Patrick the previous post was blank because I clicked post before I
entered a reply. Anyway, Go and pick up a copy of Smart Computing magazine.
In there is a fellow who loves to contact vendors about problems like yours.
He usually gets good results because the last thing a company like Tiger
Direct wants is bad press. BTW there may be other magazine titles that offer
the same service. Check out a few at your local newsstand.
