I am sorry I have to send you back to TigerDirect. Microsoft has nothing to do with your brand new computer. Also, they have nothing to do with any of its software preinstalled. So do to TigerDirect and threten them that you will send in LionDirect to deal with them if they don't sort out your problem. There is no point in giving you a site which can give you pirated key as those keys only work efficiently with pirated software!!! Yours isn't.
You also need a CD for your OS otherwise you will be back here asking for it!!
