What version of NIS and AV? Not all of them talk to the Windows
security Center. Check on the Symantec site for info on your particular
products. You can change the way the security center alerts you to turn
off that warning (from an option within the security center). Sometimes
that doesn't stick after a reboot. If it doesn't then the recourse is
to turn off the security center service in services.msc.

Check on the adobe web site. They have specific information about this
problem.
