XP SP2 Installation

I have tried several times to install the SP2 and each
time I get so far and then receive the message "cannot
copy file pnrrpsp.dll". I then accept the choice of
installation without this file, but after a few minutes I
then get a message "ensure that the location specified
below is correct or change it and insert Window XP SP2
source files in the drive you specify."
Copy files from:
c:\\windows\softwaredistribution\download\6ca7b3a8efd6a9b6
187fff395a2eb989
Then after it uninstalls I get "SP2 partially updated and
may not work". Any help/advice would be most appreciated.
