| 1. Is the computer 100% virus and spyware-free?
| 2. Swap out the ethernet cables.
| 3. If there are enough ports on the router, try different

If so,
| replace the router.
| 5. If #4 doesn't change anything, try a different NIC in
that computer

to the dsl
