| 1. Is the computer 100% virus and spyware-free?
| 2. Swap out the ethernet cables.
| 3. If there are enough ports on the router, try different
ports.

| equation) and use for a while. Does this fix the problem?
If so,
| replace the router.
| 5. If #4 doesn't change anything, try a different NIC in
that computer
| (unlikely that this is the problem since you have 2

| same symptoms, but I mention it for thoroughness).
| 6. If the problem continues with one pc connected directly
to the dsl
| modem and #1 is true, contact your ISP to test/replace the
dsl modem.
