In that case Why dont I just install another HD and load windows xp
and some kind of disk recover program.. this is what I plan to do once
I get my friends old 12GB HD.
also there is some info I didnt include in my first post: when I type
DIR from windows recovery console, it just says directory enumeration
failed.. not sure if this is any help.
I guess I never should have used raid in stripped configuration as it
makes the HD twice as fast, but if one goes down you lose everything
:(
any other suggestions are welcome.. thanks
