Can't read my e-mail messages on Outlook Express

I can't read my e-mail messages on Outlook Express. I
can, however, read who sent the e-mail, subject of e-mail
and date of e-mail. I have also gone to securities and
unchecked the "Do not allow attachments to be save..."
box. Any suggestions. Thanks.
