email problem

Hello,
I hope I can ask my question here.
I used jasons-toolbox.com to test my OE
email security,and boy is it secure now,
I can send mail,but do not recieve my mail
from my ISP's webmail box.Any way I can fix this?
All the settings in OE are good.
